New Hope Counseling Group is a holistic group practice proudly serving clients in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. We are a group of diverse licensed therapists who take great pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space to explore a range of challenges with each client we work with.
Therapy can be a process of growth and self-discovery, and at our practice, we aim to promote transformation by equipping you with the tools and skills needed to reach your optimal wellbeing, as well as the space for you to process your experiences. We have also taken a holistic approach to supporting your mental well-being by offering other services such as yoga, career counseling, table-top role-playing groups (TTRPGs), and Reiki.
